Shipping Information

General Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email once your order is received. We will send you another email with shipment tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note we don't ship on the weekend or holidays. 

*E-gift cards in your order don't count towards the free shipping threshold.

Canada Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders in Ontario over $75 CAD (post discount, before tax), or rest of Canada over $100 (post discount, before tax). We charge a flat rate of $13.5 CAD for other orders. Shipping in Canada is via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and estimated to take 2-8 business days depending on your distance from Toronto.

For orders that are placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes, depending on which province the order is being shipped to. Canadian orders will not be subjected to any duties upon delivery, as the shipment is not traversing any borders.
