Shipping Information

General Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada on orders of $100 CAD or more. Free shipping is calculated post discount, and before tax if applicable. Orders under $100 CAD ship for a flat rate of $15 CAD. All shipping includes tracking information. We only ship to addresses within Canada at the moment.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email once your order is received. We will send you another email with shipment tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note we don't ship on the weekend or holidays.

*E-gift cards in your order don't count towards the free shipping threshold.

Note: selected furnishing items will be shipped separately from the manufacture with a separate tracking number. They will have special shipping information included on their product pages and marked in your cart.

Canada Shipping

We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada on orders of $100 CAD or more (post discount, before tax). We charge a flat rate of $15 CAD for other orders. Shipping in Canada is via standard ground shipping and estimated to take 2-8 business days depending on your distance from Toronto.

For orders that are placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes, depending on which province the order is being shipped to. Canadian orders will not be subjected to any duties upon delivery, as the shipment is not traversing any borders.

Small Stuff Pet Furniture

Furniture from Small Stuff will be shipped separately from other items, directly from their Korean warehouse via EMS Premium. You will receive the tracking number once it leaves Small Stuff's warehouse and the delivery may take about two weeks. Shipping cost for furniture items is calculated separately at the checkout step, and special shipping information is included on their product pages and marked in your cart.
