How long does the sale last?
Until December 31, 2026, or until everything is sold. We won't be restocking, so what you see is all that's left.
Can I return or exchange sale items?
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
Do you still offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $100 ship free anywhere in Canada; smaller orders ship for a flat $15. Orders ship within 2 business days.
Can I still use my gift card?
Yes, gift cards can be used at checkout until we close. If you have a balance you won't be able to use, email us at info@thetailstory.com.
